SYRACUSE -- Due to the inclement weather the Department of Parks, Recreation and Youth Programs is closing the Clinton Square Ice Rink.
However, the Ida Benderson Senior Center, at 205 South Salina Street, will offer extended hours until 7:00 this evening for seniors to have a warm place to stay and have a warm meal.
