SULLIVAN -- Madison County Sheriff's deputies have just released the names of the people killed in a car crash Sunday afternoon. 75-year-old Richard A. Fuller and 71-year-old Doris E. Fuller of 110 Endres Drive Apt. #5 in Mattydale, died Sunday when their car crossed a double solid line in the Town of Sullivan.

Investigators say Richard Fuller was traveling westbound on Route 5 when he crossed the double solid line while approaching a curve. He then struck a loaded milk tanker truck almost head-on. The driver of the milk truck, 38-year-old Thomas Terrell of Durhamville did not want medical attention at the scene.

A third car, travelling behind the Fullers, was sideswiped on both sides. The driver of that car, Arthur Berger of Chittenango and his passenger, 36-year-old Sherry L. Douglas of Chittenango, were treated for non-life threatening injuries at the Oneida HealthCare facility and released. Deputies continue to investigate.
