OSWEGO -- Oswego Police say an investigation has determined 39-year-old Steven J. Mason of East 7th Street in Oswego allegedly had sexual contact with a 11-year-old female on numerous occasions in 2008 and at least once in 2009.
In addition to the 11-year-old victim, Mason is also accused of alleged inappropriate behavior with a 13-year-old female.
Mason was charged on February 11th with Criminal Sex Act in the First Degree, a Class B-Felony, Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, Class B-Felony, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Mason was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.
