GENESEO, LIVINGSTON COUNTY (AP) -- State Police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old student from Queens at a state college in the Finger Lakes region.
According to troopers, Arman Partamain, from Flushing, was found unresponsive by another Geneseo student in an off-campus house about 11 a.m. Sunday. Investigators say they believe alcohol was involved and they were consulting with the Livingston County district attorney.
Geneseo is 27 miles south of Rochester.
