CITY OF OSWEGO -- The Oswego City Police Department has captured two of their top ten most wanted criminals. Roger Jamerson and Joseph Ruggio were both taken into custody out of state.
Jamerson was wanted for Felony DWI and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He was taken into custody by the sheriff’s office in Cabarrus County, North Carolina.
Ruggio was wanted for discharging a firearm in an Oswego residence, and for felony DWI/Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He was taken into custody the Presque Isle Police Department in Maine.
Both individuals were captured after Oswego Police acted on tips received from citizens. Both men are awaiting extradition.
