SYLVAN BEACH -- New York State Police say a DWI suspect will face additional charges of criminal impersonation. Troopers in Sylvan Beach arrested 27-year-old Morgan Shlotzhauer on Tuesday for Driving While Intoxicated, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and other traffic violations.

Troopers says Schlozhauer identified himself as Corey Brown. When the real Corey Brown spotted his name in a local newspaper, he came to the State Police to clear his name. An analysis of fingerprints taken during his arrest revealed the suspect's true identity.

After a brief search, State Police were able to locate and re-arrest Shlotzhauer. He is being held at the Onondaga County Jail.
