2 arrested in Madison, Oneida County crackdown
State Police checked bars and convenience stores in Madison and Oneida Counties for selling alcohol to minors, and most are in compliance with the under 21 ban. The checks, on Friday, yielded two arrests, at the Red Apple on Peterboro Street in Canastota, and at Stinkers Tavern in Waterville, where a bartender was arrested.
