SYRACUSE -- A man accused of killing a Bishop Ludden graduate has been acquitted on a murder charge.

A jury found Carl Otts not guilty of second degree murder and manslaughter, but did find him guilty of tampering with evidence.

Otts was accused of stabbing 18-year-old Wesley Valentine outside a Syracuse bar last year. Valentine had gone to the bar to help his girlfriend, who said she was being harassed.
