MANLIUS -- Phone service is back for thousands of people in Central New York. Windstream customers in Manlius and Cazenovia lost long distance service for two hours Wednesday night. Internet service was not affected.
David Avery of Windstream tells Action News the outage lasted from 7:30pm - 9:30pm. He says about 14,000 customers were affected.
Windstream is investigating what caused the outage.
