GENEVA (AP) -- Two fellow lacrosse players have admitted giving alcohol to an underage Hobart College student who died of a drug and alcohol overdose at an off-campus apartment in January.

Seniors Bradley Hester and Matthew Smalley pleaded guilty Thursday to one count each of unlawfully providing alcohol to someone under age 21. They'll face as much as a year in jail at sentencing Aug. 6.

An autopsy showed 20-year-old Warren Kimber IV of Summit, N.J., died from a combination of alcohol and oxycodone intoxication after a large party at a Geneva apartment. His blood alcohol level was 0.29.

Prosecutors say the 22-year-old Hester and Smalley, who is 23, provided the alcohol for the party. Hester is from Cumberland, R.I. Smalley's hometown in Virginia wasn't immediately available.
