It's already time to sign up for July events
It may be May, but it's already time to think about volunteering for Oswego's Harborfest. Chrystal Hoyt, volunteer coordinator, says they need 600 volunteers, in lots of different positions, with a t shirt and prizes as rewards for donating time.
Hoyt says there is orientation and training, as well, so signups can be done now.
