Waves washed two men off the breakwall in Oswego Harbor on Saturday afternoon---and the Coast Guard says they were lucky that rescuers were close.  A Motor Lifeboat on patrol spotted the two in the 6-foot waves and pulled them out.  Neither was wearing life jackets.   The two refused medical attention.
