A small boat sinking in the Oswego Harbor released 30 gallons of fuel within the breakwall. According to Oswego County 9-1-1 the spill was discovered 5:30 Sunday morning and the DEC and Spill Response Teams were called in for the cleanup.
By mid-morning, the boat had been pulled out of the water, as cleanup efforts continued.
