VILLAGE OF CAYUGA -- The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who fell overboard off a boat on Cayuga Lake early Sunday morning and may have drowned. Sheriff's deputies say 50-year-old Dennis Jones fell while trying to secure the boat's anchor. Emergency crews were called to the scene around 12:20 am, and focused their search on the area near the Village of Cayuga.
Several agencies are assisting in the search.
