ROME, ONEIDA COUNTY -- Two Rome teenagers are arrested after authorities say they were throwing rocks from an overpass onto the road.
According to Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies the 15- and 16-year-olds were throwing baseball size rocks and railroad spikes from the South James Street overpass as cars passed. The teens were also reported to be throwing items at passing trains.
The teens were caught on CSX property. They are both are facing criminal trespass and reckless endangerment charges.
