Will teach construction in yearlong program

A federally-funded program to teach high school dropouts a trade is being revived in Syracuse.  YouthBuild is looking for 20 students:  it will narrow the pool of applicants to 35, then take the 20 for a year-long job training program that will also produce a GED.  Low-income Syracuse residents, 16 - 24 are eligible.  Jubilee Homes will administer the program.
