Byrne Dairy robbed in Syracuse

SYRACUSE -- Police are investigating a robbery at the Byrne Dairy store on West Genesee Street in Syracuse.

Investigators say the suspect entered the store around 8:45 Sunday morning and acted like he had a weapon. Police say he demanded cash from the store clerk, then took off on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police say the suspect is in his 40’s. They say he is about 6’2, weighing about 250 pounds and was wearing a dark colored jacket.
