A Crouse Hospital pharmacy technician is accused of stealing drugs for his own use. State Police say 26-year-old Matthew Higgins of Fayetteville took narcotics while working at the hospital. Higgins is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and falsifying business records..
Higgins was sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $5,000 bail.
