SYRACUSE (AP) -- A woman who was Tasered by a sheriff's deputy in front of her two children is expected to get a $75,000 settlement from an upstate New York county.

The Post-Standard of Syracuse reports that the Onondaga County Legislature has agreed to settle the lawsuit filed by 38-year-old Audra Harmon after Deputy Sean Andrews used a stun gun to subdue her during a traffic stop in suburban Salina on January 31.

The proposed settlement is set for a vote Tuesday. It would be paid with taxpayer funds.

A video camera mounted on the dashboard of Andrews' patrol car captured Harmon's arrest. She was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and speeding. The charges were dropped.

Andrews was suspended for 30 days without pay.
