SHERBURNE, CHENANGO CO. -- A Chenango County man is dead after an accident involving a truck and an ATV. State Police say in happened in Sherburne Saturday. They say 85-year-old Harry Nice was operating an ATV with a plow attached and hit was hit by a truck. Nice was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
