Three arrested for vandalism in Tully

LAFAYETTE -- State Police in Lafayette arrested three people in connection with a vandalism spree in Tully a month ago.

Troopers allege the three suspects spray-painted obscene graffiti on the Tully Junior/Senior High School and the Tully Building Supply.

Charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree are: 18-year-old Dylan M. Webb of 6465 Route 80 in Apulia; 21-year-old Kevin Perry of 360 Route 281 in Tully; and 17-year-old Robert Fleming of 936 Otisco Valley Road in Spafford.

All three were issued appearance tickets and are due back in court on January 19th.
