Family festival planned

Purim is the commemoration of Esther saving the Jewish people in ancient Persia, but it's also the time for a family celebration.
Lori Innella-Venne, from the Jewish Community Center, says games, and lots of food are planned at the Sunday event--a time for families to spend together, inside and out of the snow. The Purim Carnival will be at the JCC on Thompson Road in Dewitt, Sunday noon - 4pm. For more: www.jccsyr.org
