Onondaga County list down to two

SYRACUSE -- Onondaga County's Ten Most Wanted list is now down to two. It turns out Number 10 on the list, Luis Quinones, was already dead when the list came out. Sheriff's deputies say his body was found in San Juan, Puerto Rico floating in a river with several gunshot wounds to his body. He was wanted in Puerto Rico for homicide.

Two other Top Ten Most Wanted men were arrested. Onondaga County Sheriff's Task Force Officers arrested Jesse Smith in Camillus Tuesday after receiving several tips on his whereabouts. Detectives arrested him as he drove away from a home on West Genesee Street.

Alex Patchett was also arrested, in Broward County, Florida on Tuesday. The Onondaga County Task Force worked with Florida police to track down Patchett.

Two of the Ten Most Wanted remain on the list. They are Joseph Santos and Francisco Rivera-Guzman. The Sheriff's Office thanks the public for its help.
