Syracuse leads upstate cities in snowfall

SYRACUSE (AP) -- With the official start of spring less than three weeks away, Syracuse is leading the Golden Snowball competition among upstate New York's largest cities.

So far Syracuse has received 106 inches of snow, followed by Rochester at nearly 90 inches.

Binghamton is in third place with nearly 79 inches, while Buffalo trails in fourth place with 74 inches.
