ONONDAGA COUNTY -- The man known for one of Onondaga County's largest armored car heists in history made an appearance in federal court Thursday afternoon.
Investigators arrested Gary Latray in West Virgina last month, accused of violating his parole and fleeing Syracuse, and robbing banks in several states, including Maryland and Ohio.
Thursday, he waived his right to a bail hearing and a preliminary hearing. His attorney says, after trial here, he still will face charges for the other alleged robberies.
LaTray will be back in court on April 13th. If convicted of his parole violation, he faces up to three years in prison.
