ONONDAGA COUNTY --
State Police conducted an Underage ID enforcement detail in the Towns of Clay, Cicero, Salina and the Village of North Syracuse on Saturday.
Nine bars and eleven retail stores that serve or sell alcohol were checked make sure they complied with New York State Law and did not sell alcohol to under age people.
Two people were arrested and charged with one count each of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree and Prohibited Sales of aAcohol to a Person Under the age of 21.
They are Kimberly Miner of Liverpool, a bartender at Zebb’s Deluxe Bar and Grill on Brewerton Road in Mattydale and Adam Lockley of Syracuse, an employee at Pascale’s Wine & Spirits on Brewerton Road in Cicero.
