COOPERSTOWN -- The Cooperstown teenager accused of shooting another teen was charged yesterday while in the hospital. 16-year old Anthony Pacherille is charged with second-degree attempted murder, first-degree attempted assault, second-degree assault, first-degree criminal use of a firearm, and two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment - all felonies.

Cooperstown Police say back on April 9, Pacherille chased another teen down Main Street and into the Cooperstown Police Station. Police say that is when the Cooperstown High School student shot the other teen in the arm. A police office at the station pulled his weapon and told Pacherille to drop the gun. They say that is when Pacherille turned the weapon on himself. Pacherille is being held without bail.
