LA FARGEVILLE, JEFFERSON COUNTY --
State Police in Jefferson County say one person is dead after a shooting in the Town of Alexandria. Police were called to County Route 2 this morning where they found a man dead in the house. They have been on the scene all day and say that the people involved are cooperating with the investigation. Police are releasing little information at this time, including the name of the victim.
