LAURENS, SC -- A member of Onondaga County’s 2009 most wanted list has been arrested.
According to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, Marvin Artis, listed as #7 on the county’s Top Ten Most Wanted list for 2009, was arrested over this past weekend in South Carolina.
