Occupancy permit ok's for less-damaged part of building

A week after a damaging windstorm, Chittenango's Evangel Community Church is holding services this Sunday, though not in the normal place.  The church is using its small sanctuary, which was only partially damaged, after Pastor Jeff Heidt got an occupancy approval for that section of the church.
Last Sunday's storm split bricks from the foundation on the front of the 1980s church building, and engineers are worried the structure might collapsed, so the larger sanctuary is off limits as damages are assessed and repaired.
