President Barack Obama will address the nation regarding the Gulf oil spill on television Tuesday evening. Regular programming will be pre-empted for the event.
The address will be broadcast at 8 p.m. Tuesday on digital channels 864, 3.3 or 5.1. Channel 3.1 will be broadcasting the Yankees game.
The primetime CBS schedule will air in its entirety immediately following the conclusion of CBS News coverage of the president’s address.
Because of the Yankees coverage Tuesday on NBC, “Losing it With Jillian Michaels” will air at 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 19, on CW 6. “America’s Got Talent” will air at 6 p.m. on Saturday June 19 at 6 p.m. on CW 6.
