Street closure information for Juneteenth

SYRACUSE -- The annual Juneteenth festival will be held in Clinton Square on Saturday, June 19.

In order to allow for the safe set-up, presentation, and breakdown of this event, the following streets will be closed according to the schedule noted:

The 100 block of West Water Street will be closed after morning rush-hour (approximately 9 a.m.) on Friday, June 18, through mid-Sunday afternoon, June 20.

Erie Boulevard West, from Clinton to Franklin Streets, will be closed after morning rush-hour (approximately 9 a.m.) on Friday, June 18, through mid-Sunday afternoon, June 20.

Clinton Street, from West Genesee to Washington Streets, will be closed after morning rush-hour (approximately 9 a.m.) on Friday, June18, through mid-Sunday afternoon, June 20.

For the Juneteenth Parade on Saturday, June 19: South Salina Street, from Taylor to Clinton Square, will experience intermittent travel delays between noon and 1 p.m.
