After an Amber Alert was issued, the baby was located Sunday in Haywood County, Tenn. by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

New York State Police said Naomi's biological parents, 24-year-old James Drake and 22-year-old Maria Trombley, were incustody.

No information about a lawyer for the couple was immediatelyavailable. State police did not know why the parents had lost legal custody of the child.
