Rochester man dies in crash
State Police have now identified the victim in Saturday night's fatal ATV crash as 41 year old Patrick Monagan, of Boca Avenue in Rochester.
Troopers say he was in Oswego County, in Albion, about 7pm on Saturday evening when he collided with a tree on State Route 13. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
