SENECA FALLS -- The Seneca Falls Police Department says the investigation into an unattended death at the Hunter Run Apartments in the village has concluded.
Police say the deceased was identified as 23-year-old Dustin L. Roberts of Peterman Road in Seneca Falls. Police say he died of environmental hyperthermia (heat stroke), and no foul play is suspected. The Onondaga County Medical Examiner's office performed the autopsy.
Roberts' body was found in an apartment building just before 9:30 Tuesday morning.
