The wet weather is forcing folks at Oswego's Harborfest to reschedule some events. The Harborfest Children’s Parade scheduled for Friday morning is being postponed and rescheduled for Saturday, July 24 at 12 noon.
The Parade, sponsored by Oswego Health, will start at East Park and the route will take participants to the Novelis Family Park at Fort Ontario.
Pre-parade festivities will be limited, but all children are encouraged to come and join in the fun.
