OSWEGO -- CNY Central is following breaking news in the city of Oswego this evening.
Oswego County 911 tells us St. Louis Church on the corner of East 4th and Bridge streets has partially collapsed.
It happened shortly before 5 pm.
There are no reports of injuries, and Oswego County 911 says the building is vacant.
