SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police have now identified the victim in last night's shooting. Police say 18 year old Jarail Jackson of Wolcott Ave. in Syracuse was shot in the head and now listed in critical condition.
The shooting was reported at 10:35 pm along the 1500 block of Bellevue Avenue. Police arrived on the scene and found one victim with a gunshot wound.
