MARATHON, CORTLAND CO. -- Investigators are looking into a weekend ATV crash. It happened on Fish Hill Road in the Town of Marathon around 3:40pm Sunday.

Cortland County Sheriff's deputies say Jerzy Mosciwsky, 41, was riding on his 2002 ATV when he lost control, ejecting him from the vehicle. Investigators say Mosciwsky was not wearing a helmet at the time and suffered a head injury.

He was transported to Wilson Memorial Hospital in Binghamton, where he was listed in critical condition.
