SYRACUSE -- If you drive through downtown Syracuse, expect some road closures due to this weekend's Northeast Jazz and Wine Festival and the Blue Rain Ecofest in Clinton and Hanover Squares.
* The 100 block of West Water street will be closed from 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28 through Sunday morning, Aug. 1.
*Erie Boulevard West, between Clinton and Franklin Streets, will be closed at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 29 through Sunday morning, Aug. 1.
*Clinton Street, from West Genesee to Washington Streets will be closed at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 29 through Sunday morning, Aug. 1.
*The 100 block of East Genesse Street will be closed throughout the weekend.
