It looks like Toyota is recovering from the safety recalls that significantly damaged the auto giant’s reputation and bottom line.
The company reports a quarterly profit of $2.2-billion and raised its full year earnings today.
Last week, however, Toyota recalled some 373,000 Avalons in the United States for steering issues—just a sliver in the 8.5 million cars recalled since October by the Japan-based company.
