CONSTANTIA, NY -- UPDATE (5:37):  The Oswego County Sheriff's Department confirms to CNY Central's Caitlin Nuclo, the body pulled from Oneida Lake this afternoon was that of missing boater Keith Lynch.  The 55-year-old had gone missing since Saturday morning after the fishing boat he was in capsized.

UPDATE (5:05 pm):  Oswego County 911 confirms to CNY Central a body has been pulled from Oneida Lake.  It happened shortly after 3:45.  It is unclear whether it's the body of 55-year-old Keith Lynch.  Stay with CNY Central for the latest.

UPDATE (1:40 pm):  Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say the search for 55-year-old Keith Lynch is continuing at this hour, despite rough weather on Oneida Lake.  Divers are a bit fatigued, but are in overall good spirits as they continue to search the lake.  At this point, deputies say they are fairly certian they know where the body is, but there is almost zero visibility under water.  Right now, the search has been confined to a small area near where the boat originally capsized.  The search will continue thoughout the afternoon until conditions get too dangerous.

Earlier today:  Searchers are now dealing with rough waters, and are considering suspending the diving search effort.  3 to 5 foot waves are hampering efforts, with divers working at 25 to 29 feet.

NEW: The search continues this morning for 55-year-old Keith Lynch, Senior, of Old Bridge, New Jersey.  Oswego County Sheriff's deputies tell CNY Central they've found, what they believe, is the man's coat, along with some netting.  The search has been narrowed down to a three mile stretch of water.  Divers continue to go in and out of Oneida Lake, but rain, wind and choppy water is making the search difficult.  Stay with CNY Central for more updates and we get them.

Update: The Oswego County Sheriff's Department has released the names of the boat's occupants.

The missing man is 55 year-old Keith Lynch of Old Bridge, New Jersey. His son is 31 year-old Keith Lynch Jr. of Williamstown, New Jersey.

Officials say the two were approximately 2 miles off the shore of Taft Bay Park on Oneida Lake when the boat capsized.

Neither occupant was wearing a life vest. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor. The investigation is ongoing.

NEW: The search has been called off for the night and will resume in the morning.

Update:  Officials say the search for a missing boater continues and is centered between Constantia and Bernhards Bay.  There is a chance the search could be suspended due to extremely choppy waters on Oneida Lake.  The family of the missing boater has been notified of the situation, but officials will not release the name until the search is complete. Officials say the father and son are from out of state.

Earlier: Divers are on scene, but are being rotated because the water is extremely choppy.  CNY Central has learned a passing boater spotted the capsized boat and called in the report to officials.  Meanwhile, a jacket with a GPS device was found on the water, but officials say it was likely sitting in the boat when it capsized.

Earlier:

Searchers have found one man, but continue the search for a second on Oneida Lake.
Reports of a capsized boat on Oneida Lake came in at 9:30 Saturday morning after another boater spotted it  The found boater has minor injuries.
The Oswego Sheriff's Department is coordinating divers and boat searches of the area near Constantia for the second man.
