Man Vs. Food star Adam Richman usually is the one getting challenged by some of the best restaurants in the country. He makes a living eating some of the most diabolical creations known to man.
But Saturday at the New York State Fair, Richman was the one concocting the challenge.
Richman picked ten classic Fair foods and challenged local radio personalities to eat as much as they could.
Before the eating games Richman showed the crowd how to make a maple-glazed Wasabi Salmon sandwich.
Fans of the Travel Channel star had a chance to get Richman's autograph after the show. They say that was the real treat.
While Richman has left Syracuse, you have a chance to see Richman again Wednesday on TV as the Syracuse Man Vs. Food airs on the Travel Channel. The show airs at 9 P.M.
