It was a sad day for many Justin Bieber fans who came out to the New York State Fair, only to find the concert had been postponed until Wednesday.
With many out of town fans and schools starting up next week, the news is particularly devastating. Wendy Clark is a parent of multiple Justin Bieber fans.
"We're hoping to be able to get back here Wednesday night but school starts for us so it's going to be tough to get back here."
Vendors are also feeling the pinch. They say they were banking on Bieber carrying their sales today, but instead are left with an excess of merchandise. With many people not able to make the show in three days, they say recouping those sales could be difficult.
"It hurt a lot of little girls' feelings and it's hurting my economy now," says carnival worker Pete Taylor.
The Fair says anyone holding a Bieber ticket can get a full refund by contact the agency where the ticket was purchased.
