GEDDES -- Say goat, and you probably think dairy goat--the ones that give us milk and bi-products like cheese and fudge.
But Sarah Burns, from the Corning-Elmira area, lives on a goat farm where they raise meat goats. She says that goat meat may not be what most cooks reach for in this country, but it is the most-eaten meatworldwide.
