SYRACUSE -- Today, Mayor Stephanie Miner is hosting the Upstate Mayors' Luncheon. Mayors from across upstate New York are invited to come discuss economic development and urban revitalization strategies. They'll be focusing on low-cost airline services, business retention and attraction and education.
The luncheon is scheduled for 2:40PM at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que.
