Will reopen at 3pm Saturday
The ramp from downtown Syracuse's Harrison Street to 81 and 690 is shut down on Saturday morning for construction.
It should re-open by 3pm---in time for the other detours in the area to take place in advance of tonight's SU football game.
However, the 81 portion of the ramp will re-close on Monday for an extended repair, that will last into October.
