FULTON -- Two local people are accused of providing alcohol to minors. Fulton police say Patti Arnold, 54, of Co. Rt. 8 in Fulton and Adam Abrams, 22, of Maroney Road in Sterling, provided alcoholic beverages to a person younger than 21-years-old.
Fulton police in conjunction with the County of Oswego Council on Alcoholism and Addiction (COCOAA) conducted an enforcement detail last Friday. They used an underage person to try to buy alcohol at various liquor stores throughout Fulton.
Investigators say Arnold, an employee at the Dead End Tavern, sold alcohol to the underage person. She's charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.
Undercover agents then approached people outside of stores, asking them to purchase alcohol for the underage person. They say Abrams did just that. He's now charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.
Both Arnold and Abrams were released on appearance tickets. They're due back in Fulton city court October 14.
