Police say a drunk driver drove into a Syracuse apartment building Tuesday night.
According to police, Derogy Mbaandewa, 30, of Syracuse, slammed into a garage building at the Nob Hill Apartments around 7:30pm.
He's now charged with driving while intoxicated and consuming an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
Police say Mbaandewa was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital as a precaution because he was complaining of neck pain.
