Syracuse Police Investigate Shooting Death

SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police are investigating a deadly shooting in the city.  

Officers responded to a shots fired call around 6:50 Sunday night on the corner of Putnam and Bradley streets.  When they arrived, they found a male victim believed to be in his mid-twenties, who had been shot.  He was taken to Upstate Medical, where he was pronounced dead.

Police are now conducting interviews and the investigation is ongoing.  Anyone with information is asked to call the (315) 442 - 5222.
